Staff Spotlight : Pamela Soileau, R.N.

New Frontier Home Care would like to take a moment to shine the spotlight on our staff Registered Nurse, Pamela Soileau. While having an RN on staff is not a requirement for a non-medical home care agency like New Frontier, bringing Pam onto our team has made an amazing impact on our care plan development for our clients and the level of training we are able to provide our caregivers. She is an irreplaceable asset for New Frontier and has so much passion for nursing and care-giving.

SOILEAU - HEADSHOTPam obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Houston Baptist University and has gained invaluable experience throughout her career as an RN. She began her career at M.D. Anderson, where she held many titles, including Clinician III, Charge Nurse, Assistant Head Nurse and Head Nurse. Pam also has experience from the West Houston Medical Center Oncology Department, M.D. Anderson’s Medical Unit for Aids Patients and hospice care. Most recently, she has worked as a Nurse Examiner for the State of Texas and as an instructor for Licensed Vocational Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomy courses.

Pam has two daughters and two grandchildren. She is an active member of Four Winds International Church. During her off time, Pam enjoys music and playing the piano, cooking, decorating, reading and spending time with friends.
